WELLBEING

The Ministry has made if very clear that learning at this time is not about following one set plan. It is more about developing an approach that works for every school's unique needs and culture.

Wellbeing is the most important thing to nurture during this time.

This is a new and unknown experience for most of us. As a school we have done our best to develop an approach that aligns our philosophy and values and responds to the needs of our children, whanau and staff.

Remember to be kind to each other - We are all in this together

Connect and Communicate

Being able to make contact from a distance is an important part of our children's wellbeing.

We have used Seesaw and Google Slide links on our website (for seniors) to help our children safely connect and share with each other.

We have also tried to maintain and nurture the wellbeing of our children by continuing to provide activities and learning around PB4L, our values and mindfulness. This is provided in our weekly planning.
